The client’s ClickUp setup relied on free-text fields for customer and contact information. This led to frequent typos and duplicate entries, making it difficult for employees to select the correct data and weakening reporting quality.
They also wanted to avoid unnecessary project creation in Tripletex and ensure a clear relationship between tasks, customers, and projects.

Extended the solution to synchronize contact persons for each customer.
Designed synchronization of projects with the option to link ClickUp tasks to existing Tripletex projects.
While this solution was delivered in Make.com for clarity and speed, we considered Azure Functions as a path for long-term scalability in similar projects
