The challenge

The client’s ClickUp setup relied on free-text fields for customer and contact information. This led to frequent typos and duplicate entries, making it difficult for employees to select the correct data and weakening reporting quality.

They also wanted to avoid unnecessary project creation in Tripletex and ensure a clear relationship between tasks, customers, and projects.

Objectives

#1

Synchronize customer, contact, and project data from Tripletex to ClickUp.

#2

Reduce manual data entry and errors.

#3

Synchronize customer, contact, and project data from Tripletex to ClickUp.
