We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Support Agent to handle evening calls, assist customers, and forward key information to our service team.

What you’ll do

  • Answer incoming customer calls and record key information.
  • Forward collected details to our internal Customer Service team for further handling.
  • Ensure a professional and friendly communication style at all times.
  • Support call operations mainly during evening hours.
  • Cooperate with other agents to provide continuous coverage during peak periods.

What we expect

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory). 
  • Additional languages are highly appreciated — especially German (DACH region), French, Polish, or Scandinavian languages
  • Previous experience in call center or customer service is welcome but not required.
  • Reliability and ability to work independently during assigned hours.
