We are looking for people to strengthen our client's Customer Service team during the busiest time of the year. Your role will be to handle day-to-day customer requests and keep service levels high, while more complex cases are automatically routed to higher support levels with the help of AI tools.

What you’ll do

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat: order status, returns, newsletter unsubscribes, campaign orders.
  • Escalate more complex issues to Level 2/3 support when needed.
  • Support the team during peak periods by prioritizing and working in a structured way.

What we expect

  • Very good command of English (phone support and internal communication).
  • Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • First experience in customer service or a strong service mindset.
  • Basic technical affinity (ticketing systems, information tools).
  • Availability to work at least 12 hours per week (Mon–Sat, between 8:00–20:00).

Nice to have: knowledge of Polish or another language (Spanish, Italian, Hungarian, French).
